Each member of our team is dedicated to specific roles and responsibilities, which allows us to work with care, clarity, and intention. Our systems are designed to respect both our process and your investment.
BRIEF
Every project begins with understanding.
To work together, we need insight into your business, your context, and what you are hoping to build. This starts with a brief, which helps us determine scope, timelines, and fit.

PAYMENTS
Once a scope and quotation have been agreed upon, an invoice will be issued.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is payable as outlined in your agreement or upon project completion, depending on scope.
TIMELINES
Project timelines vary depending on scope and complexity.
Before production begins, we require a minimum of three working days to:
finalise costing
establish scope and deliverables
sign contracts or agreements
Longer or more involved projects may require additional lead time.
If you are working toward a specific deadline, this must be communicated at the outset so we can assess feasibility.
Timelines thereafter are influenced by feedback cycles, approvals, and the number of revisions requested.
